| The multimodal exchange hub |

The new Nice Saint-Augustin station has just opened. It is the forerunner of the future multimodal hub that will facilitate travel throughout the Nice Côte d'Azur region. Several modes of transport will be grouped together in one place (trains, buses, trams, bicycles, park-and-ride facilities), all within a stone's throw of the airport!

Development of the hotel industry in Nice...

The hotel industry in Nice is constantly evolving, the various establishments are modernising and carrying out numerous embellishment or renovation works. In addition, several hotel creation projects are underway.
Among the latest openings, the Sheraton Nice Airport 4* hotel, at the junction of the airport and the city, (11,500 m2 including a restaurant, a meeting centre, a fitness room, a swimming pool and a spa) with a capacity of more than 231 rooms, a residential building dedicated to certain State airport services (3,100 m2), offices (10,000 m2) and shops at the foot of the building (800 m2), as well as a two-level car park with a total capacity of 350 spaces.

| Rendez-vous at the museums |
Amaze your clients with the wealth of Nice Côte d'Azur's heritage through an exceptional tour of the museums. Whether they are dedicated to an artist (Chagall, Matisse, Renoir, etc.), photography, sport or archaeology, the Nice Côte d'Azur museums offer a cultural experience rich in discoveries.
Please note that due to the dismantling of the exhibition "Hockney - Matisse. Un Paradis retrouvé" and the installation of the new exhibition, the Matisse Museum will be exceptionally closed from 19 September to 24 October inclusive.
Similarly, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nice (MAMAC) will undergo a complete renovation by 2025. This project is part of the extension of the Promenade du Paillon to the Palais des Expositions. The renovation work will require, from the second half of 2023, the moving of the collections and their storage in a space that meets the conditions imposed for Museums of France, the moving of the teams, and the programming of an offer outside the walls.
