BECOME A SOCCA ADDICT

Do you know what socca is? This chickpea-based speciality from Nice is delicious eaten on the go, as soon as it comes out of the (wood-fired) oven. And for a sunny aperitif, socca can be made into crisps! It's sure to surprise all your friends and family. Breathe in the south, the sun and the cuisine of the Nice Côte d'Azur in the short video clip directed by Nice chef Luc Salsedo!
