For the 35th year, the herds and shepherds meet in the heart of the village for the most beautiful pastoral festival of the summer.
Many activities for young and old, an educational farm and fun activities all day long from 9am!
Parade of the herd through the village streets and blessing on the Place de l’Eglise
Manual activities for children from 6 years old* with the Media Library and the Eterlous (educational garden)
Pastoral mass sung by the St Étienne choir (Placette des Mules)
Sheep shearing (Open-air theatre)
Speech by the authorities

The trades and gestures of yesteryear led by the people of Saint-Étienne: spinners, knitters, grinders, tasting of barley coffee, making of barley butter churn…
Woodworking: lumberjack work, long sawyers, woodturning and wood carving, making cowbell necklaces, weaving barrels for hay.
Traditional local cuisine: making and selling braids.
Field work: wheat winding, hay transport.
