Learn about gluten-free flours and make your own sourdough starter.
In practice: seeded breads, country sorghum bread, and fermented buckwheat pancakes. A tasting session is included, along with a dish from the garden. You'll leave with a loaf of bread, your sourdough starter, and a recipe book.
