What path should I take through the evolution of my characters to reconnect with the thread of these battles?
What path should I take through the evolution of my characters to reconnect with the thread of these battles? How can I trace the history of these women and men around the world? How can I approach all this? Quite simply by allowing myself to go where my sensitivity, my curiosity, my need to understand take me.
For centuries, war has been one of the worst expressions of human violence. Millions of lives have been lost.
We live in a world where conflicts and fighting have become a daily reality. Why so much hatred and violence? Why always seek power, control, domination over others? Why so much injustice, discrimination, poverty, oppression of women?
Attacks and wars are always tragic. Nothing can justify violent actions, ever. Despite this very dark picture, I think that peace is possible.
How can we become aware of our own prejudices? Perhaps by working together to resolve our cultural and religious differences? Maybe by simply sharing the same humanity? Everything is always possible! I am convinced of it.
