Under the direction of chef Virginie Basselot, Le Chantecler celebrates Christmas and New Year's Eve with exceptional menus, paying homage to the flavors of the land and the Mediterranean.
An intimate, refined, and musical experience, where smoked scallops with fir, sweetbreads with chestnuts, and winter delicacies are savored accompanied by Luc Escolano's piano.
The Christmas lunch promises a moment suspended in the hushed and warm atmosphere of Le Chantecler.
