Ce festin met à l’honneur les cougourdons , c’est-à-dire des légumes de la famille des cucurbitacées de tailles et formes diverses.
These vegetables are emptied, dried and transformed into all kinds of containers: gourds, ladles and even lights.
Their original shapes are an inspiration to craftsmen. Often painted, they are also engraved with geometric or interlacing motifs, giving them an aesthetic and decorative dimension.
