The Grand Bal Viennois is a prestigious event that takes place in the magnificent royal salon of the Negresco hotel. Enjoy a gourmet dinner followed by a traditional ball with orchestra and let yourself be carried away by the beauty and charm of this unique evening.
The dinner will be prepared by chef Virginie Basselot, a Michelin star and "Meilleur ouvrier de France". She usually revisits the codes of great gastronomy by giving them lightness and sincerity. Since 2018 she has been at the helm of the prestigious tables of the Negresco hotel.

7 p.m. - Welcome, table placement, glass of Champagne
7:45 p.m. - Opening of the dinner by the soprano
8 p.m. - Dinner
10 p.m. - Opening of the ball by the beginners
12 a.m. - Midnight quadrille
1:30 a.m. - End of the ball
