An ideal location for enjoying water sports and coastal activities, as well as the proximity to access roads leading to the Mercantour National Park.

Independent entrance via stairs (20 steps). Private paved terraces with sea view (30 m² and 200 m²) with awnings. - Living room with a 3-seater sofa. Open-plan kitchen (oven, extractor hood, freezer, etc.). - 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 x 190 cm). - 1 bedroom (2 single electric beds that can be joined to form a king-size bed), adjoining terrace via 2 steps (barbecue). - Bathroom with a fairly large 90cm corner shower and toilet. - Available: books, board games. Private parking for 1 car. Energy (electricity for air conditioning and heating: €0.27/kWh extra, charged to you. Bed linen and towels: not included). Baby equipment available upon request. A cleaning fee of €80 per stay will be charged in addition to the rental price, as too many people forget to clean the premises upon departure. Price between €850 and €1000 depending on the season.
