Morgane Audoin's grandmother makes msemens like no one else.
With Nenna ("granny" in Algerian Arabic), this young woman takes us on her quest: to find the ideal recipe for msemens, puff pastry pancakes made with semolina that her grandmother has been preparing for her since childhood. A know-how that has crossed time, borders, and exile. On the road: traces, grains, names, dates... Nenna is a quest anchored in the present: the one that is written together, a handful of semolina in the hand.
