Louis Dubois, after having learned his trade with the greatest (Eddie Benghanem at the Ritz, Fauchon Paris and then Pierre Gagnaire at Sketch) decided to open his shop in 2018. The ideal place for gourmets, you will find homemade ice creams, seasonal pastries, minute waffles and other little pleasures, always made with passion and quality raw materials as much as possible in short supply chains.
