Founded in 1881, the Nice Observatory is now one of the 4 geographical sites of the Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur.
Built by Charles Garnier, it houses the largest movable dome in Europe, designed by Gustave Eiffel.
The newly-opened interactive Universarium will take you on a journey from the Big Bang to the heart of the stars, test your knowledge of the solar system and take you on an immersive journey through the universe.
