Eze beach and Villa Les Roses

The beach at Èze... the place where the waves whisper stories that go back to Roman times, in the 4th century, under the mystical name of AVISIONIS PORTUS.

This bay, steeped in history, has been a coastal paradise for decades, attracting many visitors who wish to relax between sun and sea. Today, locals and visitors alike continue to take the train to reach this exceptional place. But Èze's seafront also boasts an exceptional seabed, part of the Natura 2000 zone, and home to a remarkable biodiversity of treasures such as moray eels, octopus and sphinx eels.
On land, discover some thirty Mediterranean cabanons steeped in history. Originally boathouses used by fishermen, these cabins have been fitted out over time to become habitable. Some were once refuges for fishermen, offering the opportunity to enjoy a pastis and a siesta in the shade. Later, these cabins became vacation homes for railway workers' families.
