Under the direction of chef Virginie Basselot, Le Chantecler celebrates Christmas and New Year's Eve with exceptional menus, paying homage to the flavors of the land and the Mediterranean.

An intimate, refined, and musical experience, where smoked scallops with fir, sweetbreads with chestnuts, and winter delicacies are savored accompanied by Luc Escolano's piano.

For New Year's Eve, enjoy an exceptional six-course dinner, punctuated by refined pairings and champagne. A moment of culinary artistry and absolute elegance to welcome 2026 in style.

Mediterranean sea urchins, sea herb ice cream, Var lemon, and fresh seaweed
Pine morels, thin tart, pearl onions, and roasted Piedmont hazelnuts
Scallops from the Normandy coast smoked with fir, beetroot with plankton butter, and bud vinegar
Sautéed golden-brown sweetbreads, spinach and roasted chestnuts, and a rich jus
Brie de Melun with black truffle, Bronte pistachio, and mesclun salad
