Under the direction of chef Virginie Basselot, Le Chantecler celebrates Christmas and New Year's Eve with exceptional menus, paying homage to the flavors of the land and the Mediterranean.
An intimate, refined, and musical experience, where scallops smoked with fir, sweetbreads with chestnuts, and winter delicacies are savored accompanied by Luc Escolano's piano.
The Christmas Eve dinner is intimate and poetic, showcasing winter flavors enhanced by the chef's creativity.
Crab from the Normandy coast with black radishes and pomegranates from Jean-Charles Orso, coral sauce
Roasted celery from our local producers in a pie, Tuber Melanosporum, spinach, truffle jus
Mediterranean turbot cooked on the bone, root vegetables with parsley, reduced cream from the heads
