Transhumance without borders

Andrea Colombero, a cowherd from the Italian piedmont, will be setting off with his herd from Moiola (Vallée Stura) to the Mollières mountain pasture (Vallée de la Tinée). This cross-border and historic transhumance, via the Lombarde pass and Isola 2000, all the way to the Mercantour National Park.

Departure point: Intersection of the Sant'Anna road and the Lombarde road (Italian side) - Meeting time: 09:00 - Distance: 12 km - Difference in altitude: +600 m.
