A woman travels on foot through the Alps. On her shoulders, in her saddlebag, she carries ghosts, memories of a lost time, necessities for survival, pine cones, fossils, stories and remedies. Her existence is linked to the places they pass through... Since then, the lakes have evaporated, the glaciers have collapsed, the snow no longer falls.
