Focus on the Ovalie Evenings 🎤 🎶
The Rugby World Cup is all about festivities! The Ovalie Evenings will be offering a musical programme in the heart of the Village, where you can discover a host of artists and entertainment!
3 evenings, 3 themes, 3 atmospheres to live to the rhythm of the 3rd half

▶️ Nice Stadium
Nice Stadium, one of the 06’s leading rugby clubs, will be present in the Village’s Entertainment & Partners zone.
On the program :
- Initiations for children ;
- Matches for beginners;
- Rugby workshop for older children;
- Handisport to promote inclusion and introduce people to the sport;
- Partner challenge: rugby world (games of skill, speed…) with challenges, competitions and prize-giving;
- Rugby-style entertainment for all (tug-of-war, paquito…).

Set in a “Provencal” atmosphere, 2 ephemeral pétanque courts will be available. Come and try your hand at a friendly game typical of the South of France.
▶️ BKT Challlenge – Mechanics
The BKT Challenge is a game of precision. Try to score by hand in the tires and win a rugby ball!
▶️ Interactive animations
To your smartphones! Take part in live quizzes on the competition, blind-tests and karaoke, all broadcast on giant screens…
▶️ Makeup & Tatoo
For young and old alike, this ephemeral make-up / tattoo stand will enable you to proudly wear your country’s colors!
▶️ Digital rugby wall
A fun and original activity, this digital wall tests your reflexes in a convivial setting. Come and compete 1 vs 1, 2 vs 2, in teams, with games of memory, skill, reflexes and coordination.
▶️ Video dubbing studio
Société Générale offers a dubbing studio for cult rugby videos. This commentary studio will allow you to (re)play the match in your own voice, in a commentary box and with the help of a digital device.
▶️ Customization stand
Personalization booth run by a graffiti artist from Nice’s Whole Street collective.

▶️ Fan Embassy
This space, made available to the Ville de Nice, the Office de Tourisme Métropolitain Nice Côte d’Azur and the Consulates of certain nations, will give you a point of reference in the Village. Take advantage of our teams’ expert advice to make the most of the French Riviera during the Rugby World Cup!
The purpose of the Fan Embassy is to advise, inform and help fans traveling to Nice for the World Cup.
▶️ Departmental Olympic and Sports Committee (CDOS 06)
CDOS will be present at the village to run a prevention stand. Entitled “Red Card to Violence”, the stand aims to raise public awareness of the fight against violence and incivility in the world of sport.
▶️ Gareth Thomas and the Tackle HIV bus
Created by Gareth Thomas, a rugby star from Wales living with HIV, the Tackle HIV bus aims to help raise awareness of the virus, as well as engaging with the public and the media on the subject.
▶️ Pachamama Association
Based in Madagascar, Pachamama is an environmental, humanitarian and economic integration association. It supports the most disadvantaged in 3 areas: education, training and the environment.
