SUMMEAT FEST 2025: gathering around the table

The Château de Crémat is turning once again into an open kitchen. On November 23rd, it’s all about the future of food, of hospitality, and of ideas. SummEAT Fest is back for its second edition, with the same purpose: bringing together those who make dining happen and those who simply love being at the table.

A sunday to think, taste, and connect

Throughout the day… there will be talks and workshops led by chefs, entrepreneurs, and experts who share their experience of the trade its challenges, its shifts, and the new ways it keeps evolving. And just a few steps away, pop-up stands from Lou Pantail, Gusto Family, Pizzeria Authentique, and Claque Coffee Shop will be open to everyone, offering tastings and moments to connect. In the Château’s kitchen, the Trophée Masse culinary competition takes place live a chance to watch, learn, and taste when it’s all done. Meanwhile, the Recordia podcast studio will be open to visitors of all ages, inviting anyone to ask their questions to chefs and restaurateurs. Because here, gastronomy is something we share as much as we savor.

Created by Cindy Kawak and Masha Hédo, SummEAT Fest was born from a simple idea: to build a space where professionals can exchange ideas, leave with concrete solutions, and enjoy genuine, inspiring encounters. This year again, we’ll be talking about digital transformation, management, customer loyalty, profitability, and new trends but most of all, we’ll be talking about what brings us together: passion for the craft and the joy of sharing it.
