The Lympia departmental cultural space is composed of two buildings: the clock pavilion and the former prison of Nice, the oldest building in the port of Nice. It regularly hosts temporary exhibitions.
Restored and brought up to standard by the Alpes-Maritimes Department, these buildings are now dedicated to the promotion of culture by hosting temporary exhibitions.
The cultural space benefits from a privileged setting, notably because of its vast terrace whose dominant location on the port offers an exceptional view. The modularity of its premises and the wish to develop an eclectic program make this cultural space an original and innovative actor in the cultural landscape of the department.
