The Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau has been working for many years in favour of professional equality between women and men.

The index of professional equality between women and men for the year 2024 with regard to the 2023 data for the overall result cannot be calculated.

The score for the indicator relating to the pay gap cannot be calculated.

The score for the indicator relating to the gap in the rate of individual increases is equal to 35/35.

The score for the indicator relating to the % of employees having received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave cannot be calculated.

And the score for the indicator relating to the number of employees of the under-represented sex among the 10 employees with the highest salaries is equal to 5/10.
