Our hotel is located 100 metres from the beaches, with tram access just 200 metres away, and is one of the oldest buildings on Boulevard François Grosso.
It bears the name of Augustin CARLONE (1812-1873), an artist from Nice, which was also the name of the boulevard in the past.
We offer rooms equipped with a kitchenette, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob and kitchen utensils,
as well as rooms without a kitchenette.
