Label “Cuisine Nissarde”, respect for tradition

As part of the development of its actions in favour of a targeted and quality tourist offer, the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau has revived the “Cuisine Nissarde” label in order to highlight restaurants that respect traditional recipes, are attached to the heritage and history of Nice’s cuisine and offer quality cuisine and hospitality.
The aim is to safeguard, promote and perpetuate the internationally renowned cuisine of Nice. The Nice table reflects the notion of well-being and respect for regional products always accompanied by its famous olive oil.
