Ideally situated between Nice and Cannes, the town owes its charm to the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes, whose Grimaldi castle-museum dominates the town. Numerous personalities and artists, including Renoir, have stayed or lived in Cagnes-sur-Mer.
Cagnes-sur-Mer has also become a true shopping destination, thanks to Polygone Riviera, France’s 1st open-air shopping center. Not to mention a rich program of events all year round and its famous Hippodrome de la Côte d’Azur.

Contemporary Jewellery Week

The town of Cagnes-sur-Mer will be celebrating contemporary jewellery during its very first week dedicated to this art form in its own right: “Destination bijou Cagnes”.

- Ville et Métiers d’Art, for its promotion of contemporary jewellery; it is the only town in France to have been awarded this label in this domain;
