Getting around Nice from 28th to 30th June

On 29 June, Nice will host 2 elite triathlon events: the Ironman and the Ironman 70.3.
This international event will involve a series of changes to traffic and parking arrangements from 28 June.

Practical tips

To get around, take the L1, L2 and L3 tramways (more information on Lignesdazur.com), the voie Mathis or the A8 motorway.

Traffic restrictions or closures

From Saturday 28 June at 8pm until Monday 30 June at 5am: certain roads in the city centre, including the Promenade des Anglais, will be closed to traffic or deadlocked at certain times (see traffic map for details).

Access to the airport

On Sunday 29 June from 5am to 7.30pm: access to and from the airport via the Promenade des Anglais will be closed.
Access to and from the airport will only be possible via the M6007 and M99 Digue des Français (voie sur berge)
Prefer tramway line 2 and the A8.
