Founded in 1884, the Alliance Française Nice Côte d'Azur is a non-profit higher education institution dedicated to promoting the French language and teaching languages and intercultural dialogue. With more than 800 Alliances Française in a hundred countries, we are the world's leading cultural NGO. Placed under the honorary presidency of the Head of State, the Alliances network is recognized as being of public utility; it is structured around the Fondation des Alliances Françaises.
Each year, more than 1,700 students come to learn French at the Alliance Française de Nice, in a multicultural environment that promotes exchange, respect and conviviality. Located at 8 rue de Paris, the Alliance Française de Nice has air-conditioned classrooms, a residence, a café and a media library.
AF Nice offers general French language courses, French for specific purposes (business, exam preparation, etc.) and personalized packages for all levels, all year round. AF Nice is also an official examination center (TCF, Voltaire Certificate, DAEFLE). AF Nice also offers language stays and a program of cultural activities.

Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between 8.30 am and 4 pm. On Wednesday between 8.30 am and 2 pm.
Closed Saturday and Sunday.
