Created in 1988 by Harry Teneketzian in Saint-Tropez, Maison Barbarac ("ice cream" in Armenian) specialises in the production and sale of artisanal ice cream.

Barbarac makes you discover all the authenticity of the Tropezian ice cream.
The desserts are made during the night to be enjoyed a few hours later...
This gives these products a fresh and authentic taste.
