Chez Pipo is known by the people of Nice as one of the best socca restaurants since its creation. Nice people and tourists come here to taste the socca from generation to generation and thus perpetuate a tradition that has lasted for almost 100 years. Socca is a golden brown cake made from chickpea flour, which is both soft and crispy. It is eaten hot and with the fingers, simply by adding a little pepper!
