Marquet beach in Cap d'Ail is the closest beach to Monaco (Fontvieille district) and the most accessible beach in Cap d'Ail.
Every summer since it was awarded the handiplage label in 2015, Marquet beach has been pursuing a programme of accessibility to the sea and support for people with disabilities.
Thus, during the summer period (July-August), the operation is in full swing! For 10 weeks, the E.T.A.P.S. supervise free nautical activities for disabled people on Marquet beach. A launch with seahorses and tiralos is also installed for people with reduced mobility. Outside this period, accessibility is by reservation with the sports department.
