Fully equipped independent kitchen, bedroom with a double bed 160x200, double wardrobe and 2nd flat screen television, bathroom with shower, toilet.
You will also have at your disposal a private terrace of 15m2 equipped for lunch, in the middle of your private garden also of 200m2 and planted with various Mediterranean species (laurels, roses, thyme, rosemary, lavender...) and a magnificent weeping willow.
An outdoor lounge and a private area with deckchairs for your relaxation, facing the view, are available.
In common with us, but on an independent board of our 2 accommodations, always in full sun and facing the view, we let you free access to our swimming pool.
We also offer you the possibility to take advantage of our jacuzzi every evening, which we will open to you at your request between 6 and 7 pm for your private relaxation session.
This ground floor villa is ideal for a couple or a family of 4 with 2 children, please note that the garden is not completely fenced.
