gardener puts on a beloved plant
to protect it from the elements.
Watch it grow and grow...
even lift a corner of its glass shelter
and let its branches hang out...

It's from these different branches -
humor, art, imagination, dreams...
and, above all, freedom - that she comes to speak to us
speak to us this evening; the bridges she
between disciplines - literature, painting
painting, philosophy - the links she weaves
that she weaves with nature, where people
where we come to take refuge as much as
and recharge their batteries.

An evening like a voyage of discovery
discover this land of 9th art, so rich in
rich in references, and which even today
which continues to welcome new
new graphic and pictorial experiences
