Museum of Culinary Art

Museum dedicated to Auguste Escoffier (1846-1935) « King of the Cooks and Cook of the Kings », and creator, among others, of the famous Pêche Melba.

Settled in the house where he was born since 1966, it comprises eight exhibition rooms about the universe of the most illustrious french cook : souvenirs, antique items and kitchen utensils, rich documentation, collection of menus, temporary exhibitions…
