Le Baus de la Frema round trip snowshoe circuit.

From the VALDEBLORE La COLMIANE Tourist Office (from La Colmiane (1,500 m - b.91)), follow the wide road to the Ecole des Neiges (Route de L'Adrechas).
A forest path then climbs through the pine forest (1,697 m - b.89).
Take the path on the left that winds its way up to the mountain pastures and Le Petit Collet (b.90). You will soon reach the rocky summit of Baus de la Frema (2,246 m).
Return via the same route.
Duration: 4½ hours
N.B.: You can continue this route by climbing Brec du Pétoumié (2,566 m).
From Collet de la Balma, take the wide track on the right, after passing a sheepfold on your left. The summit is in sight, offering a magnificent panorama of the Mercantour mountain range
(allow 5 hours for the round trip and 1,066 m of elevation gain).
