Restaurant Racines – Bruno Cirino

1* Michelin guide - Gourmet vegetarian restaurant serving local produce on a menu that changes with the seasons and harvests.

Racines works in collaboration with farmers, growers, market gardeners and producers nestling between the Italian coast, hinterland and Liguria, all of whom have placed their trust in chef Bruno Cirino and his teams for almost 50 years now to bring out the best in their rich, authentic produce.
At the same time, the restaurant offers produce from its own gardens located between La Turbie (a permaculture garden) and Eze Village.

In the dining room, the sommelier tries his best to match the wines on offer with the instinctive cuisine of chefs Bruno CIRINO and José VIDAL, using a food and wine pairing that can be adapted to suit individual tastes.
For those who don't drink alcohol, the restaurant offers a range of homemade fresh juices, herbal teas created entirely from Anne's own herbal harvest in Breil-sur-Roya and, very soon, homemade fermented drinks.
A non-alcoholic food and drink pairing will soon be available to offer a unique tasting experience for non-alcohol drinkers.
