The small villa Les Chênes is located at Eze Village in edge of the departmental Park of the Large cornice in a calm environment nested in full nature.
Composed of a large main room with open kitchen of 40m2, a bedroom, bathroom and independent toilet. A beautiful terrace embellishes the whole stay. You will also find a roof top with solarium offering a clear sea and mountain view as well as a jacuzzi and a relaxation lounge.
Two rooms of 68m2 in a detached house in Eze on the edge of the Departmental Park of the Grande Corniche (Fort de la Revère), in a very quiet environment nestled in the middle of nature. From its location, you can discover its 712 hectares of beautiful hiking trails for all levels and its breathtaking panoramic view. Between the sea and the mountains, you will discover during your walks an amazing panorama of beauty (mountain bike rental possible).
This small individual house, entirely renovated, benefits from high quality services. Its roof terrace offers you a view of the sea and the mountains, a solarium, a lounge and a jacuzzi reserved exclusively for your use.
You will also have a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning / heating, WIFI, a bedroom with closet, a shower room with towel dryer and storage furniture. The toilet is independent. Sheets and towels are provided. The spacious and luminous living room equipped with a television opens onto a terrace. A small laundry room is also at your disposal with a washing and drying machine to travel lighter! You will be able to park your car at the base of the house in complete safety.
You will also have tourist guides to accompany you throughout your stay to discover the region and its heritage. Nice airport is about 25 minutes away by car and you can also make a stopover in Italy in 35 minutes! The train station is 20 minutes away by car and the bus is also at your disposal in the town of Eze. Nice is only 20 minutes away by car or bus. If you are attending an event in Monaco we are only 15 minutes away by car or bus.
The house is located at the entrance of the Parc de la Grande Corniche and is not fenced in order to be closer to nature. Pets are not allowed and smoking is strictly forbidden in and around the house to limit the risk of fire. Smokers are allowed on the terraces and cigarette butts must be put in the ashtrays!
Because of its environment, this small house is reserved for couples with a maximum of one child who wish to spend a quiet stay, close to nature and the sea and who wish to discover the French Riviera with a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation spot. Parties and events are not allowed.
