Signed by the architect Louis Heitzler and dated 1928, the villa originally opposed its cyclopean retaining wall (today largely pierced with openings), its bays, loggias and galleries of the upper levels.
The stones of its base are combined with the pink of the colored concrete walls of this Mediterranean-inspired art deco villa.
