This villa was designed by several architects from 1873 onwards.
The ground and second floors of this house, designed by architect Sébastien-Marcel Biasini, were built in 1873. Charles Palmero and Victor Martin added the upper levels in 1925. The house has retained its gate and low wall fence with a low gate, which allows a certain transparency between the small garden of the private space and the public space.
