Bus and Coach facilities
In Nice, coach parking is regulated.
Parking and traffic regulations for coaches have recently been updated in the municipality of Nice.
There are three medium- and long-term parking sites in Nice:
- The MIN site with 67 long-term parking spaces (advance booking required for a minimum of 24 hours) (see information below)
- The car park located on Avenue du XVème Corps alongside the Jean Bouin sports complex, with 6 medium-term parking spaces (half-day, booking required via the Nice Bus Park website) (see information and link below)
- The new Phoenix station car park, with 3 medium-term parking spaces subject to the same conditions as the previous site.
In addition, there are drop-off zones for dropping off and picking up passengers in the city, before parking at one of the three sites above:
• The new drop-off zone located at 6 rue Fodéré at the port of Nice, with two spaces for a maximum of 10 minutes, before parking at one of the three dedicated sites mentioned above.
• The 64 existing drop-off/pick-up stops reserved for coaches, most of which are located outside hotels on public roads.
Payment of the parking fee is compulsory and the reservation voucher must be displayed visibly on the vehicle’s windscreen to facilitate checks by the municipal services.
Please also note that municipal decrees issued in recent weeks have regulated the movement of tourist coaches on certain roads. Municipal decrees no. 2025-02398 of 3 June 2025 and no. 2025-05163 of 14 November 2025, relating to the movement of public transport vehicles on so-called ‘red routes’, in particular the Promenade des Anglais and the Promenade du Paillon, authorise tourist coaches to travel on red routes provided that:
• a contract or transport voucher certifies a service to hotels, restaurants, beaches or museums located on the red routes;
• a supporting document proves that a contract has been signed with a hotel or tourist establishment for the drop-off or pick-up of customers.

MIN long-term car park
The Nice Min (Marché d’Intérêt National) has parking facilities for tourist coaches; the site is secured by video surveillance cameras. The Nice Min is close to Nice airport and motorway entrances and exits. Line 2 of the tramway can be used to get to the airport or the city centre.
Reservations for parking spaces must be made at least 48 hours in advance so that the car park can be confirmed, subject to availability.
The entrance to the car park for coaches is at 19 Boulevard du Mercantour, Nice.

Parking XVème Corps

With “Nice Bus Park”, check the availability of spaces in the XVème Corps car park in Nice, 48 hours in advance, then book and pay directly for your space online.
Reservation required via the “Nice Bus Park” website!
This car park operates on a half-day basis: from 10am to 2pm / from 2pm to 6pm
Once you have booked your space, you will receive a confirmation with a receipt. All you have to do is fix this receipt to the windscreen of your bus on the day of parking.
Parked buses that do not display their reservation on the windscreen may be fined.
