Symbolically, this period represents the return of light, introspection, and renewal: an invitation to rest, to let go of the past, and to plant new intentions. Through a gentle somatic practice, we meditate to manifest the destiny we desire and plant our intentions for the new year. This nurturing time invites us to recharge and welcome the coming year with clarity, hope, and openness.
