Grand Bal Viennois de la Côte d’Azur

The reception will be held in the center of the palace under the large glass dome, a listed historic monument. The reception will be preceded by a gala dinner designed by Michelin-starred chef Virginie Basselot, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman in France). As is traditional, 16 beginner couples from a Viennese dance school will open the ball. A soprano and a prestigious Viennese musical ensemble will liven up the ball with, of course, waltzes, but also the traditional quadrille, played at midnight in a joyful jumble. Classic rock and other dances will also be on the program.
