Pastis de Nice® is made according to the traditional methods of master liqueur makers: infusion of plants by groups in alcohol at specific degrees and times. These infusions, also called "tinctures", are then blended together to create a unique synergy when matured. Once diluted, this mixture is left to rest for a long period of time in order to clarify naturally and become the Pastis with its clear and golden color, its fine nose and its long finish that we appreciate so much.
