Although boats are not my favorite means of transportation, the sea trip around the peninsula of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to discover the magnificent homes of celebrities tempted me!

The departure is from the port of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, where there is a reception desk to pick up my ticket.

Direction the boarding pier … The “Mermaid” arrives … a very nice name for a boat … I go aboard. For seating, I’m spoiled for choice: at the front, inside sheltered from the sun and the sea breeze, in the back. The departure is imminent …
