Belvédère

Visit Belvédère with the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau

A perched village overlooking the Vésubie valley, it is an obligatory stop-off point for mountain dwellers on their way to the famous Gordolasque valley.

The heart of the village has retained its charm of yesteryear: narrow streets, squares, high houses in the Piedmontese Alpine style, covered passageways and old porches… The presence of the activities that once thrived on the abundance of water from torrents and springs is still visible: fountains, wash-houses, mills and a forge. The village is a starting point for walks and hikes to the surrounding valleys and the Mercantour National Park.
