Brasserie artisanale la Baieta – La Bab

Unfiltered, unpasteurized, local and certified organic beers from Nice. The word "baieta" means "kiss" in Nice.

La Baieta craft brewery is located in the Vallée de la Tinée (Europe's highest road pass). Its craft beers are produced in stainless steel vats and brewed using a "fourquet" (a kind of beechwood mash tun).
The entire production process is manual. No sugar is added during the brewing process, and only the sugars in the cereals are used to produce a natural beer wort.
Fermentation takes place in a warm room, using the refermentation process in the bottle.
