“Tête de Chien” coastal path – Cap d’Ail

The most beautiful view on Cap d’Ail and Monaco!
Even if the hike on the “Tête de chien” path has no more secrets for me, I really wanted to let you discover it.

The “Tête d Chien” path in Cap d’Ail is a walk that I particularly enjoy because I can get an amazing view of the area! It is easy and can be done with family or friends.

Overlooking Cap d’Ail and the Principality of Monaco, the “Tête de Chien”, from the top of its 550 metres of altitude, is a must if you are visiting Cap d’Ail. For me, it offers you the most beautiful view on the whole Cap d’Ail coastline and on Monaco!

Enough to make a picture worthy of a real postcard!

All along my hike, I discover a rich flora benefiting from an exceptionally temperate climate due to the Mediterranean coast. At the top of the white limestone cliffs, I am always amazed by the famous Monegasque Rock but also by the whole bay of Cap d’Ail.

The Mediterranean Sea stretches as far as the eye can see, it is just beautiful and magical!

As with any walk on a stony path, I advise you to plan to go early in the morning or late in the afternoon to admire the beautiful sunsets!

What could be more romantic for lovers…
